Blakemoorgate Cottages open day 2

Enjoy a walk up the hill to Blakemoorgate Cottages, restored miner’s squatter cottages above Snailbeach Lead Mine.  

Our Upland Commons project exhibition will be set up in one of the cottages.

Parking is at the Snailbeach Village Hall car park. The walk up to the cottages takes about 45 minutes and is steep so appropriate clothing and footwear must be worn.
