Family activity afternoon
A community drop-in day to discover more about the wealth of wildlfie in the churchyard. Fun for all the family with a dormouse activity and nut hunt, an artist making a ‘clay catalogue’ of the plant species and a lively session on plant id / folklore.
This is a free event which is being organised by Caring for God's Acre through their Opening the Arc Project. The project is focused on 26 historic churchyards in the Shropshire Hills, and is inviting local communities into their burial grounds to explore the wealth of wildlife to be found there.
Event starts at 2:00pm.
